There are many specific techniques for more creative thinking. You can combine the concepts, ideas, tear apart to find new, and make the group brainstorming. These all work, but also get, of course, a more creative mind, you can also try meditation.

Because meditation can cleanse your mind some common negative thoughts, it could open the way for more creative thinking. Mind that affords so many thoughts like: “This is stupid” or “It will never work” or “I can not do it,” is the AA view that is more open to new possibilities.

By the way, why no criticism is allowed in brainstorming sessions, until finally the idea was abandoned there and worked. Who would like to submit a new crazy ideas, if they were funny or otherwise called shot down every time? The fact that people can do with each other during a brainstorming session, we can easily do for ourselves with our own thoughts.

There are other advantages that have been proven, would come from regular meditation, some of which contribute to a better thinking in general. For example, thinking actually reduces stress and anxiety by reducing the levels of cortisol and lactate levels, and that means fewer foggy thinking and the actual damage the brain, it can cause. It has been shown to reduce irritability and nervousness, which makes it possible to better concentration when you are engaged in creative thinking or mental problems.
