Friendship Lodge Smoke Off

The Friendship "Smoke Off " competition is August 17th. Thus far I have only two signed up to compete. Contact me to sign up. All participants will cook one "Boston Butt" at Friendship Lodge. To enter you will be required to purchase all material needed. The judging will be at 4:00 pm. Judging will be by all guests present. To be a judge will require a $10 fee. Judges are also encouraged to bring an appropriate side dish to go with all the smoked barbequed pork to be judged. Let me know  if you plan on bringing a side dish so the meal can be coordinated. This is always a great meal and fun fund raiser for the lodge.
